Lot at the End of Goodwood & Colonial

Lot 1, at the corner of Goodwood Blvd and Colonial Dr has been purchased. The owners, David and Terry Hebert, would like to rezone the lot as an ISPUD and build three homes. They would like to get as much feedback as possible on the rezoning.
When you complete your sign up as member of the civic association, you will be presented with the question of whether you are in favor/opposition of the rezoning. Please make sure to answer the question so that we can pass this information along to David and Terry Hebert.
